Returns
We accept returns only in certain cases:
- Wrong item, size, or model received.
- Product damaged or defective on arrival.
- Missing items or incomplete order.
To request a return, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order ID, a short explanation, and clear photos. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. If a refund can’t be processed to the same account, we’ll offer store credit or another solution.
If a return is due to a damaged, wrong, or defective item, we cover the return shipping cost. For returns due to a change of mind, shipping costs may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned for hygiene or supplier reasons, such as:
- Health & beauty items (opened or used)
- Food, vitamins, or consumables
- Intimate wear or personal care items
- Custom or special-order products
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they haven’t been confirmed or shipped to the supplier. Once placed with an international store, cancellation might not be possible. If so, we’ll guide you on possible options.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide your order ID, photos, and a short description of the issue.
- We’ll confirm if your item qualifies for a return.
- Ship the item as instructed by our team.
- Refunds are processed after inspection within 7–14 business days.
